What are the steps to make an order?

Enter the product you wish to purchase and click “add to cart”. If you buy more than one unit, press more times or click on product and will open the full record of products.You can select the number of units. If you want to keep buying go back to ‘products’ and check other products interest.

You can check the shipping costs of the products that you have included in your cart marking ‘confirm’ the cart. You can continue shopping by checking ‘continue shopping’.

When finished product selection check “confirm” in the shopping cart.

In this screen you can see the selected products, the cost of transport and the total amount you can add or decrease the order units of each product (marking the + / -) or completely eliminate one of the selected products. Mark ‘Next’ to continue.

On the next screen you will have to register as a user if you have not already done so. If already registered must identify with your password. The username is your email. If a new high, you will receive a welcome email.

You must then confirm if correct their shipping and billing addresses. Mark ‘Next’ to continue.

On the next screen you must check that you have read the Terms of Use of our website and choose the payment method. You can pay by PAYPAL or POS (with Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, etc.)

Do I have access to my bill?
Yes. Once the order has left our warehouse you will receive an email with the invoice.

Can I get a bill to my company name?
The invoice is issued automatically on behalf of the account holder. For a bill to purchase company’s name will have to be done in your name.

How long will my order?
You will receive your order within the next 3-5 business days after purchase.

How much should I pay as shipping?
Shipping costs depend on the number of boxes, weight and destination. See your shipping during the checkout process.
