Each year takes places in our region (Comarca del Matarranya) Gastronomy Day dealing with diferente products. This year olive oil and olives have been choosen as the main ingredients to use at bars and restaurants during one month.

The opening day took place on Monday 30th October at the Catering School in Valderrobres. There were talks about olive oil, local producers and olive oil tasting. Mas de Flandi was there to support new cooks and to spread a new olive oil culture.
